In this first transmission, I share a deeply personal reflection after rediscovering an article I wrote seven years ago, when I was a new mother building my first online business.
That business lasted less than a year.
There was burnout.
Exhaustion.
Resistance.
Overthinking.
And eventually, an ending.

But seven years later, I can see that what ended wasn’t simply a business.
An identity was crumbling.
The woman who knew how to push, carry, prove, achieve and keep going had taken me as far as she could. The next chapter required a different relationship with growth, leadership, receiving, capacity—and myself.
In The Crumbling, we explore the vulnerable space where the old identity no longer has authority, but the new identity has not yet fully taken form.
