53. Time to Get Out of The LOOP!

In this episode, I explore the nervous system’s intelligence at the edges of growth and why regulation is not always the completion of the process.
I share how the nervous system naturally guides me toward the places where I am ready to expand.
When I meet an edge, my work is not to force a breakthrough or escape the discomfort.
It is to befriend the charge, stay present with it, and allow my capacity to grow.
Returning to calm is essential, but calm can become a “beautiful trap” when I mistake relief for arrival.
Regulation gives you solid ground; from there, you can approach the threshold again with greater clarity and take an embodied next step.
Otherwise, you may keep meeting the same ceiling, regulating down, and searching outside myself for another teacher, method, or solution.
The rhythm I return to is simple: land, orient, choose, and move.
We settle into the body, find clarity, make one grounded choice, and take the next step without urgency, pressure, or drama.
This is how ceilings become floors and how my window of tolerance expands.
I also explore the deeper work of old territory: long-held stories, shutdowns, and contracts that require tenderness, release, and three-way forgiveness for myself, for the other person, and for the experience itself.
The nervous system is not confused or retreating. It is navigating, resourcing, and preparing me to cross.
The invitation is to notice where you have been regulating down when you are ready to recalibrate up and to remember that transformation is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning more fully, deeply, and truthfully to who you.
