Heart Awakening explores the second half of the spiritual journey: the moment awakening stops being a search for another state and becomes an embodied way of life.
This transmission traces the movement from inherited programming, through deconstruction, and into The Crossing where healing, insight and spiritual truth begin to reorganise how we live, love, work, nourish ourselves and contribute to the world.
We explore harmonisation as spirit becoming tangible through the body, home, relationships, business, boundaries and daily rhythms. We also examine the inner balance of feminine and masculine principles, why structure is not the enemy, and how healthy structure can protect truth, restore depleted capacity and create a life that feels genuinely held.

Heart awakening is not only the opening of the heart. It is the heart becoming capable of leading a life.
